Welcome to TN Nursery YouTube channel. Today let's talk about Aster plant. Aster is a ground cover plant that attracts butterflies from summer through autumn. They are long-living perennial plants that you may incorporate into your landscape permanently. With star-shaped blossoms that vary in shades ranging from white to blue to purple, Asters are daisy-like flowers widely known for their variety in colors and vibrant yellow centers resembling sun rays. When the weather warms up, they brighten up almost every fall garden, even if other plants stop blooming. These native plants aren't only beautiful to humans, they are known to attract pollinators including bees and butterflies owing to the stunning blossoms of this plant. Planting them in autumn may provide a valuable supply of late-season nectar, making them a vital flower for pollinators. Hence, most gardeners opt to grow them from potted nursery cultivars rather than via seeds. The plant is adaptable to many growing conditions allowing you to utilize them in various settings, including borders, rock gardens, and wildflower gardens. For them to thrive, the soil ought to have a pH of 5.8 to 6.5, remain loamy and well-draining, and have enough room around the plants so that their roots can spread out fully. When planting, you must ensure your perennial flowers remain in full sun for most of the day. Aster plant is for sale at Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, with low prices and fast shipping.
