Hi friends, happy Wednesday! I'm dressed early in a holiday shirt for Farm Fresh Christmas Trees for a reason, y'all. I had a nursery here in Tennessee that specializes in native plants for our area, our Southeast area— trees, vines, flowers, perennials, you name it. They reached out to me and said, can we send you something and you make an unboxing video for us? And I was I was like, absolutely, I will be happy to. I got a box today, y'all. I'm so excited. Let's see what they sent me. Let's see what's in this very tall box, y'all. Oh, look at that! Did y'all send me a magnolia? I may swoon. I may swoon just a bit, so excuse me. I think they sent me a magnolia, y'all! Look, it's a Sweetbay magnolia for me! Oh my God, Christmas came early for Laura! Oh my goodness, I am so thrilled! Look at this little tree. He's probably— he's about 3 feet tall and he's beautiful. And they gave me a code where I find, um, how to plant, how to rehydrate, and all that. So I'm sure they've told me everything I need to know about how to plant this little magnolia. This wasn't all, y'all. Look, there were more goodies in the bottom of the box. Mayapple. Looky here. I'm guessing— I don't know if these are actually plants or seeds. I'm gonna find out when I open them up. There's mayapple, which I don't have any growing around here. So thank you. What is this? Lily of the Valley. Oh, oh, this just makes my heart so happy. Oh, I won the lucky award this week. Yellow Trillium. Do y'all not love trilliums? I often only see them when we go over to the Smokies, but I just love them. Oh. My very own Trillium. Oh, this looks like moss. I think it is. I don't see a name on it. How about that? Oh, I just love plants. A lady fern. Ooh, a lady fern. How did y'all know that I have kind of a boggy area in the back of my property that I bet would be perfect for that? Ooh, what's this one? A Christmas fern! My mother used to have Christmas ferns. Oh, I can't wait to really dig into all this. I'm going to stand here with my new friend. Her name is probably going to be Maggie the Magnolia. And thank you so much. I'm guessing that sweet little gal Bailey is who, uh, set this up. I'm loving your videos, and I'm absolutely going to be ordering more stuff from you guys. These folks have pawpaw trees, persimmon trees, pecans, peach, pear, apple, you name it. If it can grow here in Tennessee, I'm pretty sure these folks have it. They even have pine trees and stuff. So I'm going to tag them here. They are the TN Nursery dot net, and I'll tag them down below. And we'll do another video, uh, when I get to plant all of this stuff and get to pull it all out and see what it all looks like and see where we're going to put it on my property. But I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much. Of any business that, that could have reached out to me and said, can we send you something and you make an unboxing video for us? Plants and Trees, absolutely. That is at the top of my list. So thank you so much for reaching out. I will be sending you this video and we'll be making some more, and I'll tag y'all in the ones that I do in the future about about these plants, and we may have to see what else we can order from you guys. So if any of you followers and friends are looking for good native plants for here in Tennessee, because if some of y'all are like me and we're watching all of our trees go away because of suburban residential sprawl, I mean, every little patch of trees that's anywhere here in West Knoxville is getting mowed down to build human housing. I can't do anything about that, but I can plant more trees. So as the developers and the housing people are cutting down trees, some of us are going to be planting trees. So thank you so much for my start with sweet little Maggie right here, and you guys have a wonderful day. Thank you so much.
