In this short promotional video, Bailey from TN Nursery introduces reindeer moss, clarifying that it is actually a lichen rather than a true moss. The speaker describes its soft, cushion‑like, cloud‑like appearance ranging from pale green to silvery, its extreme drought tolerance, evergreen habit, and ability to absorb moisture directly from the air. Ecologically, it thrives in poor sandy or rocky soils, tolerates part sun to filtered light, helps prevent soil erosion, and can live for hundreds of years. The video highlights its aesthetic uses in woodland gardens, natural landscapes, terrariums, and planters, emphasizing its whimsical, story‑book look and low‑maintenance nature. Bailey notes that the product has just returned to stock after more than a year, that supply is limited, and encourages viewers to purchase it via TNNursery.net.
