Bailey from TN Nursery shows the Sweetbay Magnolia, a tree millions of years old with silvery leaf undersides that glow in moonlight. It blooms for months with a lemon-vanilla scent and stays evergreen in warm climates.

Hey everyone, it's Bailey with TN Nursery, and today I'm showing you some sweetbay magnolia. These are the oldest living flowering trees of America. They've been around for millions of years. When they bloom, they smell amazing. It smells like lemon mixed with vanilla. It's an evergreen in warmer climates, and it blooms for months at a time. One of the coolest things about it is it glows in moonlight. The silver backing of the leaves shine when the moon hits them, and it makes it look magical at nighttime.
