Hey guys, it's Bailey with TN Nursery, and I wanted to show you a butterfly weed trick. This is one butterfly milkweed root, and I'm going to show you how to make about, let me say, about 5 plants out of this one root. You take these spindly roots and rip them off. See, here's one right here, and then here's one right here, and then here's another one. And then you could probably, yeah, I'm sure you could do this one too. See, here's one right here. All right, and then you're left with one big root. I take it and I break it. There's one. And then I'm gonna leave this one just like this right here. This will come up, this will come up, and this one will, and this one will, and this one, and this one, once you pot them. Now here's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. I've made 6 plants out of one. And when you plant these, pot them out, they'll come up in the springtime. And there's how you make 6 out of 1 butterfly milkweed roots.
