Hey everybody, it's Bailey with TN Nursery, and today I'm showing you some sheet moss. Despite its name, it doesn't grow in sheets like you think it would. It grows in clumps, but it looks like sheets, but when you take it up, it's just clumps. Now, fern moss, it grows in big long sheets. Nevertheless, this is a very good plant for the environment. Did you know that moss Cleans pollutants out of the air better than trees does. Wherever it's put, it naturally cools the surface. It grows where other plants won't grow. It grows where grass won't grow. And if it dries out, it will become brown, but that does not mean that it's dead. If you ever receive brown moss, water it and it'll be green within a week. It does amazing with ferns. A lot of people like to use it in their bonsai displays. It's often used in Japanese gardens. It can handle light foot traffic. It don't need any trimming or mowing. It's just the perfect low-maintenance plant. It's an evergreen, so it stays green all year round. Even with snow on top of it, it'll be green. It suppresses weeds. Weeds don't come up through it. It grows good on rocks or logs. It grows without roots and anchors itself naturally. Shop now at TNNursery.net. We sell this by the square feet.
