Best Evidence slide.mp4

How to build a "best evidence" slide that proves your product works. The example: Mazuma grew from one U.S. rep and a weak CRM to $200k-$290k monthly revenue with a 35-person sales team in the Philippines, backed by a client testimonial.

The last slide is, and you could really just keep it in 5 slides if you wanted to, or if you wanted to add a couple slides for each of these, you could. But it really comes in kind of your best evidence slide. And it comes in all shapes and sizes. It could be a customer story, it could be a list of logos, it could be a recent study. But in this, what we want to do is make it as relevant to, we want to tailor it, right? We want to tailor for residents in this case, right? So if the best evidence is showing a bunch of logos of people similar to your client, that might be what you do. You might highlight a success story at this point and just show the evidence of what happened, right? But it's really, if you can show it in value of the context of the person you're talking to. One of the slides we use here at Achieve is, I use this slide with Mizuma. So Chase actually used to work with Mazuma. And you know, the story I like to tell is, hey, when I started with them, they had one sales rep in, in the United States. They didn't have a good CRM, they didn't have a good process of management, and we were able to take them from, you know, $6,000 a month up to as high as $200,000, you know, $250,000, $290,000 a month. And they've been able to maintain a high level ever since, right? And this was, you know, Mazuma has gone on and since hired their own VP of marketing or director of marketing. And, you know, they decided to, you know, we, I got to help them to a point and now they're on their own. Great. And this is his last comment he sent to me. He said, hey, real appreciate everything you've done for us over the years. We would not have been able to get things set up and get to where we are without you. You were a lifesaver, provided us with very valuable insight that changed the trajectory of their business. And it's true, right? This is a very compelling story that says, hey, guess what? A chief CMO does in fact know how to take somebody and help them grow and scale in a way where they now have 35 reps in the Philippines generating, you know, 200,000+ every month consistently, right? And so what that does, it provides value and context for the solution. This is a slide that we use, right?
