So what I want to talk about here, I'm going to do a little bit of a deep dive in a tool called Zoho One. And I'm picking on Zoho One mostly because it can— it allows us to demonstrate marketing technology in a lot of ways, and I have access to it, right? I'm also going to do a deep dive or demonstrate HubSpot as well. So we're going to look at Zoho One and we're going to look at HubSpot, and we're going to understand a little bit deeper some of the tech that's available to help us go from where we are today to where we want to go in the future. Okay, uh, so in this case, if you were to build a marketing foundation on Zoho One, Zoho One has a Zoho Social tool that allows you to manage social media, has website tools that can help you with forms and A/B testing, and again, you can actually build a whole site on it. You can use, uh, live chat and commerce tools. On the email side, they've got Marketing Hub, campaigns, and surveys. They've got a CRM that also has bookings, kind of like a Calendly. It's got a motivator tool, a tool called 3CX, which is their phone system. It has legal tools, also data. So it's got an analytics platform, kind of like, um, if you've heard of Domo or Tableau. It also has a flow tool, just kind of like a Zapier. And so you can build a lot of your foundation and sales and marketing on Zoho One, which is why especially for a small business, I often recommend it because it is an all-encompassing ecosystem for small business and it's available at a really low price. So it's very attainable for a lot of companies where it may be like sometimes in Marketo or Salesforce or some of these bigger tools, they're just not attainable. They want annual contracts, they want you to be large companies. And for smaller companies, it's often it's on the table, right? Um, so one of the other things is you can, whether you use like a Zoho Flow or Zapier, you can also piece these tools together to create a journey using a flow builder or something, right? So I could, I could use tools from one system, bring it into the other system, make a decision, and go do these different things, right? We're going to talk about— and afterwards I'm going to share this video if you want to watch this demo video on you on Zoho One. It's about 18 minutes long, but it goes like, kind of touches all of them. And we're only going to touch a few of the Zoho ones today. We're also going to do look at HubSpot a little bit and some of their platform. And so I want to spend quite a bit of time here looking at these platforms together and just showing you and explaining to you how these tools can help automate your company. Um, as we go through this journey, there's gonna be an exercise at the end of this. So I want you to even be thinking as we go through the journey, right? What parts of your journey could be automated? How can you tie your systems together to create a more cohesive experience? And what are the ideas that come to mind as you do this, right?
