Okay, I want to do an introduction to HubSpot as well. If you've never seen HubSpot before, here's a quick kind of demo of HubSpot. So in HubSpot, similar to other platforms— so HubSpot was originally built as a marketing automation tool, and then they got into the CRM space, and so now they actually have a CRM plus marketing automation. And so they have a whole hub, this service and sales and marketing. What I'm going to show you today is mostly on the marketing hub side, but again, you have a lot of reports you can look at. You know, what are my top blog posts? How is email subscription? And here are my top landing pages. And how am I getting new customers through the journey? Who are my personas? Um, you might look at like, hey, here's a, here's a contact record, right? So I could drill in very similar to what we were showing in Zoho. I can say, hey, this is the guy and here's what he did. He's part of these lists and he's going through this flow and I have all the details around this person. I can, I can see this is the test one I'm looking at, right? There's a bunch of fields and I can integrate with this with Salesforce or other tools I wanted. HubSpot also has some good traffic analytics tools, right? So I can actually, they'll break it out. You know, if I look at those UTM things that we were talking about earlier, they have some of their own rules that will break it out and say, hey, this is from organic search or direct traffic or referrals, right? I've run into some challenges with their predefined list, so I kind of like to create my own version of these things. But theirs is really helpful, and I can click it all. Let's look at organic search. Oh, guess what? Here are the keywords that are driving the behavior of this, right? Now, a lot of cases you get this unknown keyword. Google Search Console will give you more insights. So that's another platform, another technology tool that you might use around your keyword behavior. We can create landing pages, right? So if I want to create just here, hey, here's a quick landing page that I'm gonna use for this. You know, here in this case it's a webinar, right? I'm gonna create this webinar. It's got a form on it. Here are the two people, you know, and then I can just really quickly pull up a form. Sent, use it in an email or on a campaign. So it's really nice. I just really quickly create landing pages. On the social media side, right, I can see that calendar, uh, I can schedule posts very similar to what we're seeing in, in social, on the Zoho Social side. Yeah, I can monitor what's going on, look at mentions and conversations and everything that's happening there. Um, I can also create emails, right? So they've got a really nice email tool, right? Um, I can go and edit it and it's got a nice drag and drop. Zoho is also fairly easy to use. It's kind of a drag and drop tool for email. Um, you've got a chatbot, you know, so they— you can actually, if somebody interacts with you, can have the chatbot interact and kind of go down a path like, oh hey, why don't you answer a few questions for me before we talk? And so you can use the chatbot feature Um, there's also, you know, like, this is a form. This is their form builder. So again, I can bring in data and build forms really quickly. Um, this is a flow. Um, you know, and, you know, it's like, okay, hey, whenever somebody fills out this form, then go do these things. You do a lot of this kind of if-then statements. If you want to do this, then go this way, you know. And then like, hey, wait 15 minutes and then add them to a campaign. There's a bunch of options in the Flow Builder side of this tool. Okay. Whew. Was that— what'd you guys think of that? Is that cool? Like all the tech that's out there that can help us do things on the marketing side. What were some of your ideas as we were going through that? Anybody have any, any thoughts as we were sharing, as I was kind of sharing a little bit of the marketing technology that's available to us? What were some of your thoughts?
