Taylor breaks down four resume fixes: explain your work like you're talking to family, use the "I used X to solve Y because Z" format for bullet points, stick to two or three relevant skills per project, and add a catch-all bullet listing every tool you touched, even the minor ones.

Even your resume and your LinkedIn should always consist of at least these 4 points. Ready? First thing, 1, talk to me like you're talking to someone in your family about what you've developed or done. Your second, third bullet point should be using the main tech or 2. I used technology X to solve problem Y because of Z. We needed a lightweight front-end modern JavaScript framework, so we chose React because the old was written in jQuery. The bullet point that I get the most kickback on and asked the most questions is the fourth bullet point. Your entire technologies used, the entire technologies and tooling that you touched the entire time you were at that company. People are like, why would you put that, Taylor? Because at the end of the day, I'm only gonna put the main 2 or 3 skills in each project that I've used.
