So I think it's a combination of we super overhired because we could and because everyone else was. We thought we were gonna build 8 businesses. We ended up building 2. And so it's not illusory that like AI is speeding things up. What I think is convenient is that you can cover some of your mistakes with the AI out and people will call you brave and smart. When in reality, some portion is simply overhiring during the zero interest rates. And so we've seen companies lay off customer service and then bring them back.
