Things really get slipped through the cracks right now. And so that's why follow-up is so important. That's why giving grace is so important. Like, I can't tell you the amount of people who I've given feedback to and have popped off at me because I've given them feedback what the hiring manager said. It's like, well, no shit, you didn't get fucking hired 'cause you're popping back off at me, right? So again, be nice, be grateful. It goes a really, really long way.
