My whole thing is like, welcome home. Like, I want you to feel home here. Hello, I got places to be. A lot of companies want to build community, but they all just sit behind their keyboards and talk about community. What we're doing is very difficult to solve, but I really truly think it is the future of the this entire industry. Torque is gonna be more about giving back. I really just want Torque to be synonymous with career, career growth, job search, job stuff. That's my goal, and it's gonna take time, but that's my goal.
