This is a YouTube clip titled "can’t wait to see where 2026 takes us #techstaffing #techcareer" (uploaded 2025-12-02). It features a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) reflecting on their first year, stating they are very happy, praising Torc and Ron Sattin, noting that Torc is being recognized by developers for doing staffing the right way, and expressing gratitude and optimism about the future and how staffing companies should treat candidates.

Are you happy with where you're at after a year of doing this? And I thought for a second and I was like, you know what? I am. I'm very, very happy. Torc is a part of conversations across the country with developers. I know this because they message me on how we are doing things the right way. I think we are setting the stage on what's to come on how staffing companies should treat candidates in their job search. We're doing it the right way. And I'm so thankful for Ron Sattin and Torc for believing in me.
