This is a YouTube video titled "check out the torc community #jobsintech #seniordeveloper #techjobs" (uploaded 2025-10-30). The excerpt contains a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) describing their mission to support developers during the job search by building a community around tork.dev — offering Discord, meetups, and other resources — with an emphasis on reducing the loneliness and fear of job hunting.

What my mission is, is I don't want developers to feel alone in their job search. And so, the community that we are building is whether you use us or not, I want you to feel like you can always fall back to us, right? Because the job search, again, lonely, terrifying. We as human beings are not meant to go through life alone, let alone the job search alone. And so, I want you to find a home on tork.dev through our Discord, through meetups that we're gonna spin up, through all the other things that we're doing as well.
