Yeah, I mean, I, I would say right now the, the act of cold applying just, it doesn't, it just doesn't work. Now we may have some listeners who are like, well, I found my job. I always get one. I always get one.
Uh, well, I found my job cold applying. I'm like, great, congratulations. Right? I'm not saying it's like you're never gonna get it, but it's really hard, right?
