Taylor Desseyn talks about Torque.dev's developer community and why it matters for recruiting. Real community engagement beats cold outreach, and strong leadership keeps people coming back.

I think this is why it's so important and I'm so thankful to work with the leadership of Torque.dev is because they understand that developers need community to make this thing work. Like if we didn't have community, you're just like, hey, go sign up on our platform. If we reached out to you for the job that you're a match for, you're probably gonna be like, Right. Ah, whatever, right? Great, sign me up or sure, get me an interview. I want you to be like, oh yeah, like Torque reached out to me.
