It made me feel like this person really cared. I was back at my first company, Vayco, and I was building a division from scratch. And this one guy like did a bunch of research on my LinkedIn. He's like, hey, I saw you've been at Vayco for like 10 years or 9 years at the time. Like, tell me about where you work, you know, tell me about your time working there. And I saw you went to South Carolina, like you went from South Carolina to Nashville. Why'd you go to Nashville from South Carolina? Like, and I was like, holy cow, this, like this guy pays attention. That's what it takes right now. If you go into the interview and the worst thing is like, hey, tell me what the company does. Y'all, come on now.
