How do you overcome this bias, especially for junior developers? Yeah, bias is definitely something in tech. I will tell you this, hiring's really jacked up. You're right. So I talk about recommendations, but I also think they're dumb at the same time. I legitimately think they're dumb. Go through the process, go through the steps, but at the end of the day, again, this is about— and I get it, a lot of people don't like playing the game. I get it. But this is just one way to play the game and make sure your profile is bolstered enough to get the looks that you need.
