A developer explains his sweet spot: building teams and writing software to high standards. He'd do this work at a big SaaS company or a startup, but the work itself matters more than the company's size or brand.

Everybody raise your hand if you want to work for like a SaaS tech company right now. Almost no one raised their hand. What are your thoughts on that? Where my sweet spot is building a team and building software with the right, the best practices, nurturing that, whether it's a SaaS company or a smaller startup like I'm in right now. Yeah. As long as I can do that, I don't have as much of an opinion on what that looks like.
