Sometimes engineers are like very shy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's hard to have a conversation. How to start that conversation?
You gotta start networking and creating a community of something that's maybe not tech-related. Okay. Like everybody thinks they gotta create another networking event. I talked with another developer in Charlotte, North Carolina who wants to start a tech event. I said, just make it non-tech-related. Talk about F1, talk about whatever, right? Like I think people are a little tired of tech. Yeah. So if you can create a meetup around I'm going to go try the latest new restaurant in the area once a month. All my tech friends are invited. Just keep it casual.
