Last round, listen, you can slice or dice this last round however you wanna do it. If you need to have another call with the team to get culture fit, if you need to have like a senior leader on the call to do like a quick checkoff, I'm fine however you wanna do that third round. But at the end of the day, I think all this needs to be done between 2 to 3 weeks. When it comes to the last round, make sure it's quick, you get through the process. In my opinion, there's no need to go over 30 days. There's no need to go over 30 days.
