When you get a job offer, don't accept on the spot. Ask for 2-3 days to think it over. If an employer pressures you to decide fast, that's a red flag. Pay attention to the vibes and whether the culture actually fits.

First thing when it comes to negotiation, when, when an offer is presented, you don't have to respond. You can take the offer, be like, this sounds great, I'm gonna take it, I'm gonna review it, right? You have at least 2 to 3 days to review an offer. If somebody's pressuring you to make a decision quickly, it's not for you. You have to understand something, the job search is all about vibes. It's all about vibes.
