This is a YouTube video titled "have a horrible boss? #techjobs" (uploaded 2025-02-13) containing a short career-advice segment. A single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) discusses handling a bad manager in the workplace—suggesting self-advocacy, escalating concerns to HR or a skip-level manager, and reconsidering whether the company is the right fit. The content is focused on workplace/tech-job advice.

How would you push back in the situation on a bad manager? Companies are not loyal to you. Business is business. And so it's most important to advocate for yourself. If you're not getting the support from your manager that you think that you need, one, you can escalate that. Talk to HR, talk to your skip level to say, hey, I wanna give some feedback, whatever happens to be. Uh, and then second, consider, is this the right place for me at this point?
