I think in my opinion, contract to hire is the best way for everybody involved. This is the way. But when it comes to contract to hire, that allows you to actually view the person in your environment working with the people over time. This is the way. I've had a lot of developers that I know that only want contract to hire now because they've gotten so burned during COVID because everybody was hiring with reckless abandonment. If you do direct hire, it's this many people. Contract, contract to hire. And then if you look at maybe full-on consultants or consulting partners, it's another option. This is the way.
