Adults don't like to have hard conversations. They just don't. I had to have one this morning with somebody on my team. I didn't like it, but man, like that's where the growth is, right? And I think as a leader in an organization, if you do want to go this individual kind of, you know, if we wanna call it like creator, influencer, DevRel route, whatever. And I think if you have questions, lean on those people because I will tell you this, the type of people who are producing content like Tejas and I, I'm not gonna speak for the entire industry, but are sensitive people and we are willing to work with you.
