The talent journey that we described would be sick if we could figure it out. Unreal. You know, so it's like the fact that we've all are seeing these very clear pain points, but they don't seem like— they don't seem insurmountable. Yeah. There's no staffing company that I know of that is providing value like what we're talking about right now. No one's doing it. And so if we can execute on this stuff, like, it's gonna be special.
