How can somebody stand out just in their job search? If you're interested in a company, my recommendation is to follow the company page on LinkedIn. I'm seeing who's interacting with our LinkedIn page. I'm looking at those comment sections. I'm looking at who's liking, who's engaging with our company page. If I'm seeing John Smith commenting about, hey, like, would love to work there, hey, apply here, blah blah, that's going to catch my attention. So if I see people that are constantly looking at our profile, it's a skill set that I would probably hire at some point in time, even if they haven't applied. I'm gonna connect with them. I love that you checked out my content. I'd love to connect with you. How can we help each other in the future? That type of thing does make a difference to the recruiters who are active on socials.
