Taylor Desseyn reflects on a year with Torc, praising Ron Satt and the company for changing how staffing agencies treat tech candidates. Torc is shifting conversations among developers and setting a new standard in the industry.

Are you happy with where you're at after a year of doing this? And I thought for a second and I was like, you know what? I am. I'm very, very happy. Torc is a part of conversations across the country with developers. I know this because they message me on how we are doing things the right way. I think we are setting the stage on what's to come, on how staffing companies should treat candidates in their job search. We're doing it the right way. And I'm so thankful for Ron Satt and Torc for believing in me.
