They said something recently that Gen Z, Gen Z, which is the younger crowd, is leveraging social media more than ever to network. And it was fascinating because that's something I've been pretty loud about lately. And now I'm starting to see it in articles like this. Because again, the only way, in my opinion, to really keep up with people throughout your job search is to engage with people and to not be alone because you guys share similarities, right? Listen, listen, if you talk to one person who's been without a job for 6 months and you talk to another person who's been without a job for 6 months, I'm pretty sure y'all build a pretty relationship pretty quickly.
