It's been my past experience with companies that I no longer work at where I get hired because of some success that they see. And after, I don't know, man, like 6 to 9 months of working there, for some reason, the autonomy that was given to me to basically like, hey, come do what you want, make it successful, make this company successful, like whatever you've done on LinkedIn, that just goes away. It's so weird. And I don't really have an explanation. I'm curious if you've experienced this.
Now, if you're listening to this on audio, I'm grinning and nodding my head through that entire segment that Tejas was talking. No, same, same.
Why?
That's so weird.
I don't get it.
I think, you mean at the first company I was at, 2 CMOs tried to shut me down.
Oh, wow.
The type of people who are producing content like Tejas and I, I'm not gonna speak for the entire industry, but are sensitive people and we are willing to work with you. You just have to ask.
