Mass applying does not work. We as human beings confuse activity with productivity. I'm gonna apply to 500 jobs today. I did my job. I'm good. I have— I'm on texting basis with a lot of engineering leaders at this point in my career. They all send me screenshots. 600 applicants, 1,000 applicants for one job. Do you think your application is going to get seen? Where is the power to find a job right now? It's the person to the left or right of you.
