Taylor Desseyn shows how to rank higher in LinkedIn searches by stuffing keywords into your profile. Most people never click "see more," so pack your opening sentences with relevant terms. The About section helps too, though it matters less than what shows first.

A lot of people never click see more. You want your LinkedIn to have a lot of keywords in your profile because that is what gets caught in the LinkedIn search algorithm, which bubbles you to the top of the search. Now, another thing to think about is a lot of people never click see more. So what I would do is I would play with the sentences that are visible until you click the see more. The about section, not gonna make or break you, but is good as well, especially to get caught up in keyword searches.
