I think when it comes to people and hiring, that's the number one thing with an organization, right? I was just talking to you. You love where you work, the people, right? It's great, right? The people are the core of the organization, but I feel like that's just like the interviewing process is the one thing that we just— well, we've always done it. Let's just figure— let's just do it and just get the person hired. Well, in actuality, if an organization puts a lot of their time and effort in the interviewing process and everything I just talked about, I think you're going to have a much better high-performing team than you do right now.
