In this brief segment, the speaker emphasizes that many professionals are genuinely willing to help job seekers in the current market. To harness this goodwill, they founded the TORQ community—a Discord server that aggregates the speaker's 13 years of industry connections, including hiring managers from major companies. The speaker urges listeners to take advantage of this network by actively asking for assistance, positioning the community as a practical resource for career advancement.

And right now in this market, what I've seen is people genuinely want to help. If you talk to me, I will try to help you. That's why we created the TORQ community, because I want to basically bring all my friends from the 13 years that I've been doing this thing, and basically you have access to it. I have hiring managers from some of the biggest companies in our TORQ Discord. I have all these people who are willing to help us. If people want to help, use that to your advantage. Go for the ask.
