In this brief monologue, the speaker emphasizes that many people in the current job market genuinely want to help job seekers. To facilitate this, they created the TORQ community, which aggregates the speaker's 13 years of professional connections. The community includes a Discord server where hiring managers from major companies are present and willing to assist. The speaker urges listeners to take advantage of this network by actively asking for help and leveraging the community’s resources in their job search.

And right now in this market, what I've seen is people genuinely want to help. If you talk to me, I will try to help you. That's why we created the TORQ community, because I want to basically bring all my friends from the 13 years that I've been doing this thing, and basically you have access to it. I have hiring managers from some of the biggest companies in our TORQ Discord. I have all these people who are willing to help us. If people want to help, use that to your advantage. Go for the ask.
