Send daily connection requests to hiring managers at tech companies while posting job-search content. When they accept, your posts hit their feeds directly, making it more likely they'll message you about openings.

If you start posting content on the job search and you in tandem connect with people every day, those people that accept your request see your content first. What I do is I connect with every single decision maker at an IT organization because I know if they accept my request, they're gonna start seeing my content. They start seeing my content enough, they're in my DMs wanting to hire engineers.
