If young Mark was coming outta college, how would you structure your learnings, your search differently in today's world?
One, I will position myself as an AI-enabled or empowered engineer. When I talk to people about myself, let's say you're interviewing me, I would say, hey, you know, I'm Mark, I'm fresh outta college and I've learned all of my fundamentals, data structures, and I've been learning how to use those to get better and more effective output. So I will start telling a story about how I'm using AI with my work, not to replace my work, 'cause I wanna let people know what it can do for me, not what it can do instead of me.
