You should never write your resume in first person. I did this, I did that. Each bullet point should start with an action verb. For example, achieved or accomplished X or managed Y or developed Z. Like it needs to be the start of each sentence should be an action that you took and then outline it. Again, it needs to be very specific. What did you do? What tools did you use to solve it? And what was the outcome? That should be kind of the framework of each bullet point.
