A speaker at a tech conference explains why resume reviews beat handing out stacks of materials. They noticed lots of attendees actually showed up at their booth looking for real help.
I've had a few people come up and be like, hey, I've heard about your booth. And I think at the end of the day, I think your booth should provide value. Yep. And I think like the resume reviews, I think our personalities, but like I think the resume reviews, like I don't think you need a bunch of stuff to a booth. I think you should add value. And I think the fact that people have come up, multiple people have said, I heard about your booth, I was told to stop by, it's massive.
