The tech job market is brutal right now. You need to actively differentiate yourself, listen to people actually in the industry instead of generic influencers, and stay open to feedback even when it's hard to hear.
What you've done will not work now. Everything's a grind. The job seekers right now, everything's a grind. You have to do something to stand out. Be open to change, be open, but you have to listen to what the market is demanding and go after that. You gotta follow these people in tech. I'm not talking about influencers. I'm just talking about people who know the market, know the tech industry, and listen to them and be open to receiving that information because a lot of us in here want feedback, but nobody actually wants to get feedback. Oof.
