In this brief monologue, the speaker reflects on reaching a senior leadership position—specifically a VP or executive title—in the tech industry. They note the accompanying compensation, social media visibility, and the sense of having "climbed the mountaintop." Rather than resting on these achievements, the speaker identifies the next logical step as "giving back," positioning it as a core purpose after attaining professional success.

All right, well, you have the VP title now, you have the money. Now what? And you know what the answer was? Give back. There's literally actually only so many titles. People would say I've climbed the mountaintop now. I've gotten the VP, I've got the executive title. I think VP is like executive, I think. But you got the comp, you got the social media, you got that. And it's like, for me, it's like, what's next? Give back.
