Taylor Desseyn shows how to use your LinkedIn banner to tell your story beyond work. Add personal details like cooking, family, or hobbies to make your profile stand out and draw people in.

Again, drawing somebody into your profile is incredibly important. Let's talk about this banner section thing. I would really use this as a way to draw people into who you are, tying your personal and professional together. So whether you're passionate about cooking or like if I was on the job search again, I'd probably make it something around being a dad and being a husband or owning a miniature donkey. Again, drawing somebody into your profile is incredibly important.
