The job search is about activity right now, right? The the job search is activity, and when I say activity, I mean meaningful activity. And when I say activity, I mean talking to people. The biggest question I get was is Taylor, you're having these conversations with people. What do I what what do I talk about? And I think it depends on where you're at in your career. What you need to do is ask how people got into tech. You almost need to turn it into a podcast a little bit. If you're vibing on the call, ask to be introduced to another person.
