I think community is going to be like the hottest role in 20— like community and growth is going to be the hottest role in 2025. One thing I've been seeing a lot of is these like head of growth roles. You're going to start seeing a lot of growth roles, community roles. I literally recently on LinkedIn saw a founder of a recruiting company hire for VP of community role. So I think that's going to be one of the hottest positions. Uh, that is coming up in 2025. I'm going to be talking a lot more about that, about how to get into that. I think it's going to be a very unique blend of depending on what type of community role you're taking at a company, it's going to be a blend of definitely content, definitely knowing the places to go and network, build community. Um, how do you develop really good swag? How do you develop really interesting content to make people like engage?
