Why is that so important for the job seeker to just be cognizant of what's happening in the market? What you've done will not work now. Everything's a grind. The job seekers right now, everything's a grind. You have to do something to stand out. Be open to change, be open, but you have to listen to what the market is demanding and go after that. You gotta follow these people in tech. And I'm not talking about influencers, I'm just talking about people who know the market, know the tech industry, and listen to them and be open to receiving that information. Because a lot of us in here want feedback, but nobody actually wants to get feedback.
