Taylor Desseyn introduces Torque, a Discord community where software developers can network and find jobs. Hiring managers from major companies hang out there, and you can ask for help with your career.

And right now in this market, what I've seen is people genuinely want to help. If you talk to me, I will try to help you. That's why we created the Torque community, because I want to basically bring all my friends from the 13 years that I've been doing this thing, and basically you have access to it. I have hiring managers from some of the biggest companies in our Torque Discord. I have all these people who are willing to help us. If people want to help, use that to your advantage. Go for the ask.
