Taylor Desseyn shows how to get found on LinkedIn by stuffing keywords into the visible part of your profile, before the "see more" button. Most people never click it, so that first snippet is what the algorithm reads. Fill your About section with keywords too.

A lot of people never click see more. You want your LinkedIn to have a lot of keywords in your profile because that is what gets caught in the LinkedIn search algorithm, which bubbles you to the top of the search. Now, another thing to think about is a lot of people never click see more. So what I would do is I would play with the sentences that are visible until you click the see more. The about section, not gonna make or break you, but is good as well, especially to get caught up in keyword searches.
