What we're trying to do at Torque is basically be the engagement and marketing arm for talent. And so we're putting a lot more emphasis on virtual events, workshops, trainings, partnerships, job search advice, career. I mean, we throw 3 to 5 virtual events a week. Yeah. For Torque. And so that's something that, that we're doing differently than any other staffing company is really kind of cultivating. I mean, we have a Discord and I mean, Jeff's an ambassador. We have an ambassador program and we got people with Torque tattoos on their bodies, right? So, I mean, it's one of these things where we're really trying to approach— that's why, that's why Ronstadt hired me, is they wanted to really be community first.
