ATSs, like I would use something to track your resumes. Like, be totally honest with you. I think if you're not using some sort of applicant tracking system, I think you are missing out on a lot of data. One of the things that I think companies need to be aware of too is when you interview somebody, are you interviewing just for your role or are you trying to, or do you have insight into the entire organization and who's needing talent? If you find somebody who you like and they just may not have everything that you need, you don't want to let that person go.
